We value your time and our commitment to providing excellent service. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For the first time, no fee will be applied for cancellations within this timeframe. However, for any subsequent cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged based on the service booked. Additionally, any no-call, no-show appointments where we are unable to contact you will be charged the full service cost. In cases where we are able to contact you and depending on the reason for cancellation, a 50% fee may still be charged to cover our time and resources.
